Why are there differences between the Dispatch data and the standard landing performance data?

The Dispatch Planning Supplement provides factored landing distances for planning purposes but likely does not account for runway slope or temperature. In contrast, APG’s standard landing data (from Section 5 of the AFM) applies a 60% landing factor and does adjust for runway slope and airfield temperature.
