What does the “DISPATCH” column represent in APG’s landing data for the Citation Bravo?

The “DISPATCH” column reflects performance data from Supplement 51 – Dispatch Planning of the Citation Bravo AFM. Many Citation operators have requested this data, so APG includes it in our landing calculations.
