It depends on the number of engines:

• Two-engine aircraft: ~0.8% reduction in climb gradient
• Three-engine aircraft: ~0.9%
• Four-engine aircraft: ~1.0%

This means your actual climb performance is better than the net performance used in obstacle clearance calculations.
