Does APG use SCAP programs in its performance calculations? 

Yes, APG builds aircraft performance programs using SCAP (Standard Computerized Airplane Performance) data. However, we do not embed the SCAP program directly into the iPad application. Instead, we use SCAP to generate data files that are integrated into the application.
