Do I need to adjust wind inputs or apply wind corrections?

No. Nearly all AFMs already include the 50% headwind / 150% tailwind corrections in their performance data. APG uses this data directly. In rare cases where the AFM does not include these corrections, APG adjusts the data accordingly during integration.
