Can I prove to the FAA that APG’s data is as conservative as the manufacturer’s?

Yes. Since APG’s data is derived directly from the certified AFM, and often includes additional safety factors (like the 60% landing factor), it is at least as conservative as the manufacturer’s data. However, we always recommend discussing your specific use case with your POI or FAA representative.
